[AArch64][SVE] NFC: extend tests for flag-setting predicate instructions

A follow on patch will extend existing

  PTEST(PG, OP(PG, ...)) -> OP_FLAG_SETTING(PG, ...)

optimization in AArch64InstrInfo::optimizePTestInstr to cover more of
the flag-setting instructions
