[Driver,test] Add -Werror to -ffp-contract/-ffp-model tests

Test that these combinations do not lead to a warning.

-funsafe-math-optimizations -ffp-contract=off
and
-ffast-math -ffp-contract=off

may issue a warning after #91271.
