[BOLT] Use aggregated FuncBranchData in writeBATYAML

Switch from FuncBranchData intermediate maps (Intra/InterIndex)
to aggregated Data, same as one used by DataReader:

This aligns the order of the output between YAMLProfileWriter and
writeBATYAML.
