[SimpleLoopUnswitch] Clear dispos in deleteDeadBlocksFromLoop. 

SimpleLoopUnswitch may remove blocks from loops. Clear block and loop
dispositions in that case, to clean up invalid entries in the cache.

Fixes #58158.
