[VPlan] Add CHECK-LABEL to test/Transforms/LoopVectorize/vplan-printing.ll. 

This patch adds CHECK-LABEL lines to
llvm/test/Transforms/LoopVectorize/vplan-printing.ll in order to make
failures slightly easier to diagnose.
