[FastISel] Bail out of selectGetElementPtr for vector GEPs.

The code that decomposes the GEP into ADD/MUL doesn't work properly
for vector GEPs. It can create bad COPY instructions or possibly
assert.

For now just bail out to SelectionDAG.
