[LAA] Directly pass DepChecker to getSource/getDestination (NFC).

Instead of passing LoopAccessInfo only to fetch the MemoryDepChecker,
directly pass MemoryDepChecker. This simplifies the code and also allows
new uses in places where no LAI is available.
