[flang] Ensure USE-associated objects can be in NAMELIST (#82846) 

The name resolution for NAMELIST objects didn't allow for symbols that
are not ObjectEntityDetails symbols.

Fixes https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/82574.
