[OPENMP][NVPTX]Use __kmpc_data_sharing_coalesced_push_stack function. 

Coalesced memory access requires use of the new function
`__kmpc_data_sharing_coalesced_push_stack` instead of the
`__kmpc_data_sharing_push_stack`.
