[NFC][DSE] Fix typo comment in eliminateDeadStores (#75166) 

> We are re-using tryToMergePartialOverlappingStores, which requires
DeadSI to dominate DeadSI.

Should be "DeadSI to dominate KillingSI" because that's what the check
is for.
