Revert "Generalize regex matching std::string variants to compensate for recent"

This reverts commit 856fd98a. The type formatters
use inline namespaces to find the formatter that fits the type ABI, so they
can't just ignore the inline namespaces.

The failing tests should be fixed by da121fff .
