[AArch64] SME2 remove comma from the regression tests

This patch replaces:
 CHECK, INST by CHECK-INST
 the comma(,) by dash line(-) in the binary encoding

The mistake was introduced when we had to use pintVectoList and the test's
automated update was not checking that a comma should not replace these
parts of the test.
