[InstCombine] Use analyzeKnownBitsFromAndXorOr() in multi-use demanded bits 

We were using this helper in single-use demanded bits but not
multi-use demanded bits.

This fixes an assertion failure when asserting consistency between
computeKnownBits() and SimplifyDemandedBits().
