I think this is sane, needs verification from co-maintainers

  - control: add intltool and autopoint to Build-Depends
  - rules:
      - use scim's bootstrap script for dh_autoreconf
      - enable clutter-immodule explictly, which is disabled by default
        in 1.4.15
  - patches: remove 03_backport_964b2221.patch, which is included in upstream

Upstream version 1.4.15

The man page was initially copied verbatim from the old scim-bridge-agent
package and subsequently adapted and fixed for problems.

differences to original scim-bridge man page:

- correct and improve the wording in some places
- remove whitespace at end of line
- drop and amend references to scim-bridge as necessary

Many thanks also to Tz-Huan for helping me fix a mistake I had
introduced.

The font should not be necessary at all for proper function of
the package.

background information: both libclutter and scim were changed and
uploaded to unstable at the same time, leading to build failures
for scim on the buildd farm

Debian does not ship these modules

This reverts commit 3339244a.
