Revert "net: wwan: iosm: firmware flashing and coredump collection"

The devlink parameters are not the right mechanism to pass
extra parameters to device flashing. The params added are
also undocumented.

This reverts commit 13bb8429

 ("net: wwan: iosm: firmware
flashing and coredump collection").
