ARM: OMAP2+: fix typo "CONFIG_BRIDGE_DVFS"

Commit 90173882

 ("omap: add dsp platform
device") used CONFIG_BRIDGE_DVFS were it obviously meant
CONFIG_TIDSPBRIDGE_DVFS. Fix that.
