staging: unisys: refactor ULTRA_DIAG_CHANNEL_OK_SERVER

Rename this macro to SPAR_DIAG_CHANNEL_OK_SERVER and fix the CamelCase
parameter.

ActualBytes => bytes

Fix indentation and add a blank line after the macro for better readability.
