powerpc/ftrace: Don't include ftrace.o for CONFIG_FTRACE_SYSCALLS

Since commit 7bea7ac0

 ("powerpc/syscalls: Fix syscall tracing")
ftrace.o is not needed anymore for CONFIG_FTRACE_SYSCALLS.
