tty: serial: mpc52xx_uart: remove double ifdeffery

The code now contains:
 #ifdef CONFIG_PPC_MPC512x
 ...
 #endif

 #ifdef CONFIG_PPC_MPC512x
 ...
 #endif

So remove the endif+ifdef from the middle, provided it's about the same
define.
