i2c: mv64xxx: fix circular Kconfig dependency 

Commit 370136bc

 ("i2c: mv64xxx: Add reset deassert call")
introduced:

drivers/video/Kconfig:42:error: recursive dependency detected!

ARCH_SUNXI selects RESET_CONTROLLER anyhow.
