staging: r8188eu: remove MAX_CHANNEL_NUM_2G 



The constants MAX_CHANNEL_NUM_2G and MAX_CHANNEL_NUM have the same
value. Remove MAX_CHANNEL_NUM_2G and fix the place where it is used.
