pinctrl: qcom: sc7180: Add GPIO wakeup interrupt map

GPIOs that can be configured as wakeup sources, have their
interrupt lines routed to PDC interrupt controller.

Provide the interrupt map of the GPIO to its wakeup capable
interrupt parent.
