Pull core locking changes from Ingo Molnar:
 "The biggest changes:

   - add lockdep support for seqcount/seqlocks structures, this
     unearthed both bugs and required extra annotation.

   - move the various kernel locking primitives to the new
     kernel/locking/ directory"
