ASoC: rsnd: fixup #endif position

commit 1f9c82b5 ("ASoC: rsnd: add debugfs support") added
CONFIG_DEBUG_FS related definitions on rsnd.h, but it should be
added inside of RSND_H. This patch fixup it.
