powerpc/85xx: re-enable ePAPR byte channel driver in corenet32_smp_defconfig

 (powerpc: Update mpc85xx/corenet 32-bit defconfigs)
accidentally disabled the ePAPR byte channel driver in the defconfig for
Freescale CoreNet platforms.
