Revert "drivers/net/pcmcia/3c589_cs: fix port configuration switcheroo"

This reverts commit fadacb1b

.

The change being reverted made the driver consistent with
include/linux/netdevice.h, but then inconsistent with the other PCMCIA
ethernet drivers.
