ARM: defconfig: remove CONFIG_NET_ETHERNET references

CONFIG_NET_ETHERNET was removed a long time ago in f860b052

 ("drivers/net:
Kconfig and Makefile cleanup"). Remove the last references to in in ARM
defconfig files.
