CI: extend weekly runs with ASAN/UBSAN on fedora rawhide

Rename TESTS_USAN to TESTS_ASAN

[array] add c++20 initialization_list constructor

to match CMake option

Deprication warning combined with -Wall cause build failures for
compatibility tests

Since C++20 classes with explicitly defaulted constructors are no more
aggregates, so constructor for initialization_list is needed.

Extend radix_tree tests and disable operator-- (for MtMode)

the usings' names were a bit to elaborate and they influence line limit.

Concurrency issue may occur if an element is removed during decrement.

More radix fixes

[ebr+tagged_ptr] add assignment declarations needed by Klocwork.

If the tree contains only a single element smaller than the
looked-for key, radix_tree tried to call make_iterator on nullptr.

This resulted in segfaults in pmemkv tests.

Bug found with the help of UBSAN.

Klocwork said: "Class 'atomic/worker' defines a copy constructor,
but no assignment operator".
