Add ctl support

Change SUPP_DIR to TEST_ROOT_DIR

add test iterators helpers

and use it to specify true.cmake location.
this variable points to the root test directory and can be used
to specify path also to other files (e.g. true.cmake)

Because no custom copy ctor/operator was provided copying ctree map
could result in double free.

previously only files passed to add_example were being checked.
This means that all .hpp files were omitted.
