The CI server is using non-default branches for Beta and Stable builds, so build badges updated accordingly.

Made Keyman4Mac (test app) use engine framework properly (and removed Framework files form repo). Minor tweaks to readme and license. Minor improvement to logic in custom build step for IM (for case where engine Framework is present locally but not available in engine's build folder).
