fix(common): allow custom keyboard builds

Don't specify wine as kmcomp launcher if a custom kmcomp is provided on
the command line.

This allows for custom builds of keyboards, e.g. where a keyboard is
manually constructed for testing purposes.

feat(common): build test keyboards via script

Relates to #5815.

build.sh is a new script that builds any or all of the keyboards in the
common/test/keyboards folder. build.bat is a wrapper for build.sh, just
for Windows CMD.

Assumes that kmcomp.exe has already been built or allows you to specify
your own kmcomp.exe if necessary.

This change adds temporary debug code to track down why the beta
build didn't get triggered by outputting the OUTPUT string.
It also counts the lines we're outputting so that we can output
a newline in case we're not outputting anything.
