When cancelling the Android system notifications about lexical model update being available, the notification would still remain.

This passes the language ID so the dialog can be cancelled.

[iOS] Keyboard download error notifications

Fixes #2539

During #2326, `KMManager.onDestroy()` was updated to set `InAppKeyboard` and `SystemKeyboard` to null. While good in practice, this created  an issue when closing Keyman as a System Keyboard. Lingering Javascript calls in the WebView would crash with the null keyboards.

This reverts `onDestroy()` to how it has been since before 2.8 stable

The model template .kpj file still included
the wordlist.tsv file directly instead of

On Screen Keyboard character map drop was
still dropping codes instead of chars.

The keyboard editor did not recognise the
new format hotkeys (unquoted) as valid.

This was happening because F7 was assigned to
two actions, so they would conflict with each
other.
