[linux] install all files from kmp in shared install

i.e. install directly to /usr/local/share rather than
using temp dir
share more code between the user and shared installs

rename KM_KVK to KM_OSK for less typing confusion with KM_KMX
move user_keyman dir etc to get_kmp (avoids import problems)
