Remove *os-prober* from shipped packages list

This follows up on commit 9ae6b12a ("Avoid installation of os-proper in
VM environments"). *os-prober* is recommended by *grub-pc*, so do not
list it explicitly, in case alternatives arise, and the recommended
packages of *grub-pc* are adapted.
