Support mmdebstrap via DEBOOTSTRAP=mmdebstrap 

The only known incompatibility so far is the --iso ... option.
Therefore abort grml-debootstrap if DEBOOTSTRAP=mmdebstrap
and --iso ... option are used at the same time.
