Improve packer deployment for usage in Vagrant

* work around "stdin: is not a tty" issue via /root/.profile
* set up loopback entry in /etc/hosts to make sudo happy ("sudo: unable to resolve host")
* store build information to /etc/grml_debootstrap.info
