oclint fixes; saver_multiplex: avoid unnecessary screen saver restarts

- Annotate some intentionally unused variables with (void).

- oclint found a bug in saver_multiplex that causes unnecessary screen
  saver restarts when receiving an XRandR event without a contentful
  configuration change.
