main: Provide sensible defaults for saver and auth modules.

These can be overridden via:
- ./configure --with-default-auth-module=... --with-default-saver-module=...
- $XSECURELOCK_AUTH and $XSECURELOCK_SAVER environment variables
- Command line arguments (which work exactly as before)
