One resulted in one of the Driver's execute methods always returning

One was just a typo on a printed message.

* Use TesterOptions verbose instead of the argument.

* Remove verbose as an argument for testers.

Use the TesterOptions instead.

Although this is only required if we emit something requiring a time stamp, we may as well do it all the time. Determining when it would be required could be problematic, and we should minimize differences in generated emulations.
