Deprecate firrtlToVerilog in favor of compileFirrtlToVerilog (#367) 

Resolves #357
Also remove uses of firrtlToVerilog within chisel3.  Invoking Firrtl
programmatically is preferred to on the command line.  Update README to
indicate that Firrtl need not be installed.
