Get rid of warnings in / doc build (#3041)

* Get rid of warnings in / doc build
  Many `[[...]]` dont work so replace with back-ticks
  Printable docs are very problematic, use Warning suppression for those
* Enable fatal warnings in CI for ScalaDoc generation
