Simple fixed point support (#167)

* Updating to keep up with Direction mega PR
Fix several classes to use ActualDirection/DataMirror.directionOf API
Fixed up Flip and UInt literal api references in several tests

* added a pokeFixedPoint and peekFixedPoint
better than nothing
Added a simple test to show usage

* Added a expectFixPoint
It too could use some fleshing out
Did some more testing
