Use setcap "CAP_SYS_ADMIN,CAP_NET_ADMIN=pe" /usr/bin/newpid. 

* Use setcap "CAP_SYS_ADMIN,CAP_NET_ADMIN=pe" /usr/bin/newpid.
* Change license to GPL2+.
