Remove the test_slow_file() from autopkgtest

It has been unreliable in the past (995bbea4), and is now failing for
the Debian ppc64el architecture. Submitted upstream
(https://github.com/Tinche/aiofiles/issues/128) and disable for
autopkgtest.
