- Added "get_interface_name" and "get_interface_version" prototypes for
   sound interface.

 - Added "i18n_libfizmo_INVALID_VALUE_P0S_FOR_PARAMETER_P1S" parameter.
 - Altered cell-interface error codes to allow new error message code
   "i18n_libfizmo_INVALID_VALUE_P0S_FOR_PARAMETER_P1S" to fit in line.

 - Improved parsing of numbers for configuarion options (strtol instead
   of atoi for improved error detection and explicit false/true and

 - Fixed locale install to skip CVS directories.
