It's a bit nicer this way as this is the only file shown by default on
github.

Coordinate transformation for silhouette cameo, and some minor refactoring.

    Allow left aligned paper. Cameo has high x-coordinates to the left,
    although the head homes at the left side.

    scrolling through the file dialogue while adjusting the design.
  * added View->Identify to print the device seen to stdout.
    Refactored UsbOpen() / UsbInit() from Plotter.cpp:Cut().
  * added to about message and tooltip. Removed debug page dump on stdout;

qmake messup, cleanning up was not possible - for now it is better to manually delete usr dir in tar.gz
