squash Clang 14/15 warnings on Bison generated code

These have started appearing on macOS:

  build/librumur/parser.yy.cc:1211:9: error: variable 'yynerrs_' set but not
    used [-Werror,-Wunused-but-set-variable]
      int yynerrs_ = 0;
          ^
