REF:https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4638 Config Editor utility addition/changes: Support to enable config editor tool to have a new feature that can load and view the configuration data of compiled VFR or HFR in form of YAML. This can help users to understand and track the configuration data when modifications are made. Requires compiled vfr file as input in YAML format.
