2010-12-08Move away from 0x40 block size (worked around a DXE core bug assuming the FV ↵andrewfish1-4/+4

2010-07-31Add a temp BasePeCoffLib that deals with MOVT instruction. At this point we ↵andrewfish1-1/+5
don't know how the PE/COFF spec will change, but we can merge the real change into the MdePkg when the PE/COFF spec is updated and remove this library. To be clear I made up the PE/COFF relocation extension for these relocations, but as long as the tools match it all works.... Cards) and enable write protect of SD Cards. Had to update pads for WP bit as it was not being programmed as a GPIO.
