From ce090f656c44b357f6caf8f6000648744fbb655b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Andrey Shinkevich Date: Thu, 7 Mar 2019 16:33:57 +0300 Subject: iotests: open notrun files in text mode Replace the binary mode with the default text one when *.notrun files are opened for skipped tests. That change is made for the compatibility with Python 3 which returns error otherwise.
